I use M-Steelix in Doubles and it works really well. Obviously have to run Ttar to support it properly, but if you build your team around it then it works. I can't really recommend TR since it doesn't tend to work well with the rest of the set pieces in the team, and M-Steelix is incapable of sweeping regardless. Just having M-Steelix makes the opponent unable to use TR teams properly anyway since outslowing him is hard as fuck, and most TR setters are Fairies.
