Do your friends in your base give you the flags they've found every day or just once after you've added them as a buddy. I've updated buzznav and it's been over 24 hours and none of the people in my base have given me any flags after the first day.

when farming flags, can you save a certain person as a favourite? and do you have to remove them, and re find them after a day (or however long) to collect flags of them, or can you leave them in your base?

Passerbys can give you flags if they've collected that day. US Evening/night is a good time to get flags from people, since it's more likely they've been running around sometime during the afternoon getting flags.

Someone tried using Unbound Hoopa and it was replaced, it might be an anti-hacking thing. Not sure why it would target a Genesect but who knows. What showed up?

I love it! The first time I've seen a gym that actually works (So many people forget the music)!

You still need a gym statue though. And I recommend maybe changing from a Hex Maniac. Also, maybe change up the vending machine and jukebox for something less random and put the jukebox somewhere else.

Also, despite Fiery Path being the perfect place for it, dat strength is a bitch.

the jukebox and vending machine were there just to hide the warp panels. can you even get rid of the jukebox and have the gym music play?

and yeah i'll change the message at some point, i can't think of much at the moment lol.

what would you recommend for secret pals? there are no fire type users aside from ace trainers who have one, but they are useless pals.

Tears of joy this morning. Not plat yet but for the first time I had 2 people from a base refresh give me 30 flags, and I got like 10 more between the rest of the people, plus however many more from collecting the base flags for the first time today.

Over 700 now, if my luck holds up I might have plat by the weekend. Weeks of jack shit for flags until the last couple days. Feelsgoodman

Well i dunno, but i know for sure my Genesects are legit.
One was west wifi event. Other one was japanese wifi event. The last one was japanese shiny extremespeed/blaze kick/shift gear one from the movie.

Anyway i updated my base and put 3 Deoxys’s instead of 3 Genesects.
Please confirm if this works, and not my party pokemon again.

Go to game sync>settings>turn off auto sync.
This way you will only manualy game sync your game.

Arn't you misunderstanding gamesync? Its just a link between your game and PGL. In this case updating your secret base and pokemiles. Your pokemiles will not be lost either.

So gamesync has nothing to do with Spotpass and Streetpass. Would be annoying if that was the case.

This shit can also be done by using sync manualy, but you just prevent that your base is updated automaticly all the time. Which is the subject to begin with.

But if you too lazy to push 1 button to update PGL, then don't complain that the base gets updated automaticly, while there is a option to disable that.

And i dunno why you so hooked up to PGL that requires to use it on a daily basis. But if this is about buying stuff with your pokemiles, you can do that shit too in-game at Mauville City. You don't necessarily need PGL for that shit.

Surely everyone is like "they should have done this and that" including me. I'm happy that orginize boxes is at top, or that you can skip backtracking during story, or instantly use fly with AreaNav. In my case, i would have wanted that i could register max repel like in gen5.

Nothing is perfect so deal with it. In your case, they at least gave the option of turning off auto-sync available.

Yes, after every 8 hours when you connect to wifi you will see an update at your BuzzNav. Hit the postbox icon to update it.

Passerby bases get updated every 8 hours. But if you add them as favorite they will stay in your game.

So my tip is, remove and cycle passerby's but keep actual 3DS friends who also actively search flags.

Update your Buzznav, and some secret bases are going to appear in your map. Go to those new ones, and if the person has a Bronze flag or higher, ask them to be your pal. Go back to your base, they'll be there and depending on the character, they'll give you flags. But keep in mind it's a one time thing.

I worded that wrong, I should've said depending on the person. If they didn't collect any flags that day, then bringing them to your base won't yield any flags for you. Obviously, if they did collect flags that day, then they will have flags to give you, but it maxes out at 30 per person.

Personally I add everyone. I like the trainer abilities, it's how I do my leveling with my party at 60+. 10~15 free level-ups every 8 hours is pretty gud, so are the stones/berries I get.

Might start getting lazy now though, since I've finally hit plat this afternoon.

Fishing for comments with mine, thinking of moving soon since the more I stay he less I like brown walls/floors, the call of cobalt/golden sand gets more tempting by the day. Base has no specific theme, just threw stuff of higher ranks because I could.

I have yet to hear the shop music used in any base but mine.

I really wish it was like the wifi battle bgm where you unlocked more tunes as you heard them in game. Sealed Chamber music would work really well in some of my layouts since Meteor Falls being used by almost everyone with a jukebox.

Two: briefly add them to your secret pals and their model disappears so you can grab their flag. But then you have to go back to your base to dismiss them and you still can only delete their base from your PC.

Either way, I added you! I wanna fill my desert with awesome bases. The double-decker base is obviously the "popular" one so I guess that's why I took it but I actually don't like it that much. Like, there's so many squares in it I can't make it feel homey. Been thinking of moving down to the one directly below it that isn't in the corner.

You mean like QR? QR codes don't update bases when you're online. Once he scans it it's stays as it was forever. (Unless someone else's base exists in the same spot, but if he favorited your base then it won't get overwritten)

I think the game recognizes codes generated by itself. It doesn't let you scan your own codes.

They only give you flags once when they join. Sometimes they don't give you anything it depends to the amount of flags they captured the day you invited them to join your base.

In order to get flags from pals you have to delete all your pals after you get the flags so you can invite new ones

Did you do anything to trigger that like change your clock? You might be trying to update within a base or something, which won't work. Try entering then leaving any building, and re-connect to PSS.
