I wouldn't mind seeing calcs proving me wrong, but I've looked through all the major threats my team doesn't like, and went through some calculators and found that this set works for me for the most part.
I don't breed for Hidden Power and I don't want Hydro Miss on my Greninja, and all his other special moves don't do what I need.
Ergo, Physical Ninja with some special wiggle room for things like Garchomp, Gliscor or what have you does exactly what I need. And if eventually I find it lacking one ay, I'll switch it around some more.
