I want to start collecting Pokemon cards again (haven't purchased a booster pack or any other cards since 2006).

What's the best way to get packs nowadays?
I toyed with the idea of using eBay but I'm paranoid about fakes...

Big box store suggestions are alright too, would like to know who has the best selection/prices nowadays.
