They already have Manectric a mega, they're probably the same in Gamefreak's eyes.

Both are Electric types with decent stats but fuck-awful movepools for their attacking stat.

He does get Super Power and Crunch though, and Bolt Beam is great with Wild Charge and Ice Fang

The real issue is the fact that Wild Charge is a thing while everybody else gets better physical moves

Why cant electric types have anything decent for physical attacks? Its.bad enough Rock types have near to none

Caught him unevolved at Jagged Pass and it solo'd the next 3 gyms - two of them without even taking damage - got Charge Beam encore'd and Swagger neutralized by Own Tempo for those Slakings and lol Double Team Swellow got rekt
