Excadrill is deceptively good. Makes a mess of a lot of things combined with LaserBank and Muscle Band and is in a well supported type.
Rhyperior is like Rhyperior always has been. Too slow.
Nidoqueen is a decent card with no suitable deck. Gets murdered as a pre-evo far too often and doesn't hit anything notable for weakness now Mewtwo-EX has fallen out of use again. Like it's good against Seismitoad/Garbodor if you Lysandred a Garb out but thats about it.
Torchic is, well, a Torchic. Omega Blaziken when.
Eelektrik is, assuming the godawful Eelektross we got isn't the only one, another WIP.
Magcargo is much better than you'd think it is. One-shots anything weak to it without any boosts needed, only issue is being a dud against non-EXes and stiff competition from Pyroar.
Kingdra is bonkers. There is no way this isn't going to see use when with Silver Bangle it OHKOs everything currently relevant
Sceptile is alright. Not called Genesect EX/Virizon EX so it won't see play.
Swampert depends if Alpha Growth is 2 or 3 energy in total. If 2 it's okay. If 3 it's nuts

Acro Bike isn't worth using unless you're running some weird arse specialized deck.
Rare Candy is obvious.
Escape Rope, same again.
Exp. Share is another reprint, yet the one no one really is going to use.
Fresh Water set would have been cute back when Glaciate was popular, now it's sort of too narrow.
Repeat Ball is strong in decks that use the same two Pokemon over and over. Possibly cut Ultra Balls down to 2 or 3 depending.
Dive Ball is good if you play Water. Otherwise useless.
Weakness Policy assuming it comes in non-SR is a bit narrow for most decks.
Spirit Links are obvious use.
Scorching Earth is a decent stadium for Fire-based decks, Fighting will stick to their free 20 damage
Undulating Ocean is mistranslated and should read "one of your [W] or [L]" instead of each...I think.
