Who reliably shits on Clefable (CM and cleric variants) at high level play?

I'm having trouble getting into 1600 because everybody and their god damn mother is abusing the thing. Wasn't so bad further down but now it's in LITERALLY every game

I have more trouble with CM/MG variants, physical defensive Unaware ones are dealt with using my Jirachi (specifically EVd to 2HKO it after SR with iron head, so guaranteed 'OHKO' if I land a flinch first time)

CM Clefable is a total bitch though
