At the cost of a SINGLE PRESS of a button on your end with some lazy typing put into the search engine and a easy trick on your part afterwards, the RNG program runs through YEARS of frames within the span of 30 min to an hour minutes to find the PERFECT FRAMES for you to run into that 6 IV pokemon
That isn't legit anon. It is very easy to say that if that software hadn't gone through your game to find that frame you would have likely never found it even if you searched every day for the rest of your life.
It is cheating. It is not legit even if the pokemon found by that program is actually generated in the game. Because that generated pokemon never would have been found unless you had insane ridiculous luck.
Not to mention the pokemon was found within the game through not nintendo software interacting with the game in a way to give you what you want
