-When you filter special pokes out on GTS it includes lower tier legends like the burds and dogs as well
-Ability to search GTS by what you're willing to trade and who will give what for it
-Pokemon retains all the moves in its learnset, you have to select a loadout of 4 but can swap them in and out as you please without need for some heart scale hoarding faggot. Move change can't be done in the field for the sake of some semblance of difficulty, PokeCenter only
-Pokeman contests become a series standard instead of just a Hoenn/Sinnoh thing. More layers of strategy added to the formula, separate storyline (more than the Lissia and Chaz thing I'm talking gym leaders) and online play enabled. Shiny shitmons that look cool but have terrible stats now have a purpose
