Assuming next gen remakes follow the pattern of "muh secondary dragon type starter" which of these guys would receive it?

I can totally see Infernape turning into a goku/shenron-esque warrior but what say you, /vp/?

Except it would only make him worse. With Sceptile we saw what a garbage typing Grass/Dragon is and Torterra learns no Dragon moves anyway. Just give him a mega, and keep him Grass/Ground.

just as we usually get Fire/Fighting starter we may be getting Dragon/Grass (starting withthe Gen III starter) so expect a M-Torterra dropping Ground in Favour of Dragon typer

Not a huge fan of the Gen 4 starters but they all had cool types (although repeat Fire/Fighting was lame). The megas should all keep their types. Especially interested to see mega Empoleon.

Give Torterra a Mega with Grass/Rock dual typing. Patches up that 4x weakness nicely and STAB Stone Miss is plenty threatening.

Here's hoping for a much wider distribution of Horn Leech come gen 7.
