It's signature move ended up being given to hundreds of things that were already better than it in every other way.

Maybe one day they'll make a Special Attacker that uses Psychic, Fighting, Fire and Ice attacks, then Slowking might see more use to tank them all.

Grumpig can be fucking amazing. If you special defense invest him and HP. Slap leftovers and calm mind in him when the opposing team isn't loaded with physical attackers, drop speed with thunder wave and he'll be healing more with leftovers than he'll take from a dark pulse by the third calm mind. You fucking slog. His special defense and HP with leftovers and calm mind. Render him all but impervious to any special hit with 2 set ups which aren't heard to maneuver . Literally the only thing that can take him once he's set are physical attackers and he by then only needs to live one(which HP investment assists in) turn to thunder wave outspeed and ohko with a boosted move.

I really was hoping that gen 3 mons would be the focus of mega evos in this entry. Not just a few big ones.
