The only thing I can think of to make is good is give it huge power and a stat spread similiar to mega mawile. Maybe move more stats from special attack to make up for such a low bst.

Ten point boost in every stat, fairy/normal typing, ability in which its stats cannot be lowered by other pokemon or itself, and several moves that take advantage of that ability.
The mega gets itty bitty fairy wings and some more spirals, and maybe a fluffy tail.

It's a singles tier.
Also even in VGC is pretty shitty, free kill 99% of the time.

Also Gourgeist is pretty good in there, more useful than spooky tree imo, it makes me think they designed them competitive-wise with that in mind.

M-Spinda must be Normal/Fighting, based on Drunked First fight style.
Confusing opponent and doing naught evasives and strong punchs.

Just give it 100 on everything. Don't even need a Huge Power, to don't become OU.
