It did, but it got cut from the version they actually released. The Japanese bilingual DVD didn't, though, so that was the only place that scene could be seen dubbed until 4Kids threw it onto the Mewtwo Returns DVD.

Funny how Smash Bros U is primarily using the first movie design as its inspiration. Not the old games' or Melee's Mewtwo and not the new games' or even the most recent movie Mewtwo. Nope they went straight for a 16-year-old movie version.

It's the best one. They really know what they're doing.
