If you like being an troll, you can use Klefki. Swagger + Thunderwave is beyond annoying to most players (hence banned in Smogon standard play)

Klefki is (or was) known as the cheap hax Pokemon because Thunderwave and Swagger used together often made it so the opponent could not attack, and would instead do a lot of damage to itself in confusion/just be paralyzed while Klefki uses Foul Play (which uses its opponent's boosted attack) to kill it.

To this day nothing in Pokemon has been more fun than using Shedinja properly. Toss down some toxic spikes, WoW any steel/levitators and then run fakeout + uturn Mienshao, Shedinja, anything with protect etc.

It's like a constant game of prediction and if you mess up you probably die.

In ORAS I had a huge amount of fun using Castform. Loved his transform ability and making a whole team based around weather conditions. I'd never done something like that before and it made the playthrough really great.

Bulk up Scrafty was my fun bro, but fairies ruined it. Back in the day after bulking up you could take fighting and flying somewhat okay but that obviously does nothing for moonblasts! So now DD is the only way to go. Knocking off shit and getting moxie boosts is pretty fun though.

I love, love, LOVE using Malamar. Assault Vest running Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Superpower and Rock Slide. Ate many Aegislash that way, he's really niche unfortunately and needs to get the SP for a few turns off to set up, has a limiting role too so I don't use him often. Had great fun with mine every time I do, though, he's def in if I make a dedicated TR team.

Also has Toxic Spikes, WoW, & Haze to further be a cunt.

Sticky Web + Grass Whistle, Overcoat Leavanny is a fun mon too. It does work in the Battle Maison for me.

I've always liked Sub-Seed Gourgeist-S. If it was a tad faster and not so easily wrecked by Taunt, I'd probably fit it into serious teams.
