You are now in charge of the English dub of the Pocket Monsters anime.
Unfortunately, dubbing for the second season of XY has already begun, so you will not gain control until the following season, however you will have full control over the dub. You will have control over casting, you will have control over voice direction, you will have control over editing etc.
The only thing The Pokémon Company International have asked in return is that you try not to change the dub too drastically from the get-go. They would prefer you to ease in any changes gradually over the course of your first season if possible.
Cancelling the dub is not an option.
