It's one of these threads. You're a gym leader, so:
1. What are you like as a gym leader? Appearance? Side profession? And of course, what type do you specialize in?
2. In the order of the eight gyms, which one are you?
3. What is your gimmick? What does your gym look like? How do trainers traverse it?
4. What team do you use for Badge battles? (Optional: Levels? Moveset? Abilities?)
5. What Badge do you give out?
6. What TM do you give out?
7. What is your six-member rematch/tournament team? (Optional: Hold items?)
General "rules" in logic with the game series:
1. Teams are no more than 4 pokemon, with usual teams being 2-3 pokemon.
2. Gym leaders usually have at least one NFE pokemon.
3. All gym leaders have an "ace", their final and strongest pokemon, that almost always knows the TM rewarded upon losing.
