>I fainted Kyogre/Groudon/Deoxys can I rebattle them?
After you defeat the Elite Four they will respawn in the cave of origin and the sky pillar respectivley. (you need to beat the Elite Four a second time for Deoxys)

>Is [legendary] Shiny locked?
It is presumed that every main-line legendary is shiny locked, that is story-recieved Latias/Latios, Groudon/Kyogre, Rayquaza, Deoxys. (Eon Ticket Latias/Latios is not locked) All others are not.

>What do I do in New Mauville? It's all underwater!
You're in Sea Mauville! New Mauville and Sea Mauville are two different areas, New Mauville is south of Mauville.

>Where do I get the Friendship Ribbon?
In the same apartment in Mauville Hills where you recieve the daily ribbons, there is another girl in there to the right. You need max Amie Affection to recieve it.

>Am I a huge, raging faggot if I use Talonflame?
Yes.
