When all I'd really seen of it was this artwork, I thought it looked great. Sly, sneaky but graceful fox-mage, armed with a wand. I could imagine it whirling around to shoot of blasts of arcane magjyyyks, its long fur trailing behind it as it moves. Cliche but cool.
But in-game, it (and Chesnaught) just sort of stand there looking boring as shit. Fucking why.
