You can't switch in and mega evolve in the same turn
This would maybe work if you switched in and used protect to stay alive through that first turn and then immediately switched out
The only way I can see this being any kind of useful is to trap people into hitting shed with reflectable moves, otherwise it has the same problem regular shed does, in that it's super easy to kill provided the opponent can land the correct move
