Does the Pokebank allow you to transfer pokemon from one Gen 6 game to another? Like all my pokemon from XY to ORAS?

Alright, no items through pokebank. But can I just manually trade my items(mainly mega stones) from XY without using pokebank if I need to?

Yeah you can. It'll be tedious but you can. You dont need to transfer all your mega stones though because they're all in both games, no exclusive shit, but some like garchompite you'll have to work for.

Garchompite and Lucarioite are the ones that are kind of annoying to get. I'd transfer those, and just run around grabbing the rest in ORAS. No more of that time-gated bullshit from XY thank god.
