Going to catch mine today. I know that the Metagame hates it, but i still want to make it "usable".

Should i go for a defensive or an offensive set?
Should i go cheap with Lock-on and Sheer Cold or should i go for Freeze-Dry and Hurricane?
It's from X/Y so it's ability will be pressure.
