Have we figured out how exactly to obtain the three Regi Dolls for secret bases?

I know it has something to do with the special developer ones, but I've talked to them since I got my copy of Omega Ruby and still haven't gotten one.

Anyone know how exactly to get one (or all) of these? Pic related.

You can get the Regice Doll from the code in the middle. The other 2 dolls are not obtainable without cheating yet.

So I scan the middle code - but how do I obtain it after that? Simply talking to the person in their base in the yellow roof building?

You just have to scan the code and wait until midnight passes so he will give you an item. If he doesn't give you the Regice Doll just talk to him the following day, he's bound to give it to you sometime.
I'm not sure if the roof is yellow but it's the building to the east of the PC in Mossdeep.
