Sucker Punch is a HGSS tutor move, so forget about it.

Use fake out/mach punch/bullet punch/close combat for technitop. Just be aware that it sucks anyway.

This is for a local tournament thing my friends are doing (beat the elite four and then champion. Each person in the elite four picks their own type) which is to say I would only use this for our purposes and not real competitive play.

I know Sucker Punch is HGSS tutor, which is why I'm looking for help getting it.

Sucker Punch isn't super necessary anyway. Mach Punch will have 90 BP and Bullet Punch will have 60 BP, so it's only good against Megazam, basically, since Gengar will just play around it. Don't forget that it'll fail against bravest bird anyway because it has faster priority.

tl;dr sucker punch is for non-technitop
