So yes, there will be customization, but it's going to be identical to XY (except the character having a new face and different pose) with different hairstyles and about half more clothes and stuff added to the selection.
That's the boring part of the game though. The interesting part is Primal Rayquaza and Primal Zygarde as the mascots.
