AUUUGGHH HOW THE FUCK DO I GET MY POKEMON TO HATE ME?!

I need TM21 but everything starts out with a base 70 happiness, is there anyway to get it to 0 without tediously fainting the same pokemon over and over again?

buy a bunch of bitter medicine and just let a wild poke (pref an early root mon since they know all attack move) pummel your mon while you constantly heal them. They'll hate you in no time

Choice scarf dittos will usually have maximum happiness (or at least, not 0 happiness), so using frustration means you are less vulnerable to them.

Hitting your Pokemon in Pokemon-Amie actually only lowers Enjoyment. Doesn't affect happiness in the least.

Get an underleveled Pokemon, put it in a wild battle against a high level Pokemon to purposely make it faint, then use a Revival Herb (Lavaridge Town) on it. Rinse and repeat.
