This question is confusing but I'll go with Ghost being changed twice. Went from ineffective to super effective against Psychic in Gen II and then went from not very effective to normally effective against Steel in Gen VI.

Gen 1 it was weak to Poison and strong against Poison
Gen 2 it resist Poison and is NFE against it, also NFE against Steel and SE against Dark
Gen 6 it is now NFE to Fairy

I'd even say that Flying as a type is fundamentally broken on a level not seen since the first generation. When Flying-types are the best answer to the very move that was intended to the Flying-type in check, there is a serious problem.
