>>22214015Wallbreaker's typically have more emphasis on extreme attack and/or ability to set up at the cost of a necessary amount of speed for sweeping. Generally these pokemon are the ones that you'll use as heavy duty work to take care of the really tough shit like Chansey and Ferrothorn that otherwise stick around a lot. If they don't outright kill them, wallbreakers will put enough of a dent in them that something else can clean up later.
Generally used early to mid game.
A sweeper aims to outspeed the entire team and take out weakened threats. Works best late game after the foe's team has been weakened, as they usually dont pack enough power/coverage/offensive presence to one shot everything, but still do well enough.
Under certain conditions, either can do each other's role, but they're not put on a team for that purpose.
