The thing that I don't like about the whole thing of "multiverses", is about that you can throw the most inconsistent content, throw shit, stupid events and history, and in the end "lol is another universe" and pretend that it doesn't matter.
And that thing about merging the multiverses for a clash or something like that, it could work, but for that every universe needs to be consistent by itself, throwing a lot of parallel universes just for the sake of their existence is a very poor excuse.
