Ground and Psychic as weaknesses make no sense, and Ghost being resistant to it is also pretty weird. Rock makes sense. How the fuck do you poison a rock?
I think it should be:
Water, Grass, Fire --> Poison --> Grass, Fairy, Fighting.
Water dilutes poison, herbs cure certain kinds of illnesses, and heat denatures toxins and venoms in the blood, as well as gasoline (generally toxic to life) being extremely flammable. Poison is super-effective against Grass-types because pesticides can harm crops, Fairy (the embodiment of nature) is weak to the poisons created by mankind, and Fighting just to give fighting more weaknesses and make it a riskier typing to have on your team. As it is right now, Fighting-type is one of the most spammable typings in the game, along with Flying.
