Looks like Contrary Serperior will run

-Leaf Storm (duh)
-Dragon Pulse
-HP Rock / HP Fire?
-NO IDEA. Giga Drain?

First two moves can't hit Bug, Fire, Flying, Grass, Poison, or Steel.

HP Rock takes care of 3 of those.

HP Fire takes care of 3 as well.

Fire gives it neutrality against everything, Rock leaves it resisted by Steel.

On the bright side, it would be fucking awesome. But being realistic, it would harm it a bit more than help at all.
It wouldn't get Draco Meteor (see Sceptile) and gaining Stab Dragon Pulse is far less beneficial than being 4x weak to ice, specially since Serperior is naturally bulky.
