Also, something I'm curious about Gliscor since he's my designated tank. Let's take your example including Life Orb.

Implying it managed to set SD, it will lose the 10% from Life Orb enough to die from Earthquake if Gliscor survives. If it doesn't get the SD boost, MegaChicken 3HKOs it, not even enough to make a dent on Gliscor and resist an Earthquake AND the Life Orb damage.
