What places have high chances that someone in there might have the Eon Ticket?
I've been going around town with my 3DS on, in the hopes that I streetpass someone who has it because I missed the event. I like it this way because I think it's more fun but if this goes on and on without any reslults, I might just borrow someone's powersave. Can the Eon Ticket be powersaved?
