and SlakingWhat is holding Arcanine back is the balanced spread. None of its stats are low, the lowest are its defenses and those sit in 80. 90/80/80 Bulk for an offensive Mon is usable, keep in mind that Azumarill only have +10 in HP and its Bulk is what it needs to do its job.
It have 110/100 offenses, that aren't enough nowadays and 95 Speed isn't was used to be. Arcanine needs a Minmaxing in its stats.
Or a Fire / Fairy Mega with Pixilate for Fairy-Type ExtremeSpeed
