Keitai Denjuu Telefang would've been successful hadn't the company closed down.

The original Game Boy games weren't at the same level as Pokémon graphics-wise but the Game Boy Advance games make Pokémon look ancient in comparison.

You do realize that 'yokai' is essentially any one of various monsters/beasts/creatures from Japanese folklore/mythology right?

It is literally based around Japan's history and culture. It isn't necessarily meant for people outside Japan if you consider that basis in folklore 'weaboo trash'.

People seriously haven't played or looked at any extensive gameplay of Yokai Watch if they think it's good. It's even worse than the "casualized" Pokemon games.
