Only Rock Types in Gen 1 that weren't fossils were the Geodude Line, Onix, and the Rhyhorn Line.
Only Ghost Types were the Gastly Line. What, did you want her to use 2 Gengars and 3 Haunters?

To be fair, Agatha and Lance only had one evolutionary line for the types the specialize in.
I don't know what was going on with Brock's gym.
The whole gen has shit type distributions, especially since there are 151 mons.
