So...I'm trying to breed a Cyndaquil from Smogon's move set.

4 HP, 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Sp.

Erruption
Fire Blast
Hidden Power Grass
Extrasensory

I came across across a Cyndaquil with 31 IV in speed, "above average" overall ability, and grass type hidden power. Sassy nature.

But then I bred a Cyndaquil with 31 IV in speed and special attack and "oustanding" overall ability. Bold nature.

My question is this: When it comes to breeding, which is more important? Moves or IVs? What move could I use to replace Hidden Power Grass?

I'm gonna keep trying for a good Cyndaquil with Hidden Power Grass....but I'm almost at my limit.
