Groudon-P gains fire typing in addition to ground. Superdrought prevents water type moves from being used, saving him from an x4 weakness.
Kyogre gains no typing and his superdrizzle prevents fucking fire type moves, which are already resisted by Kyogre.
Gamefreak logic: Create a physically offensive pokemon named Hitmonchan who focuses on using the elemental punches. His special stat is extremely low and Alakazam is better at using them.
Gamefreak logic: Give Pidgeot no guard, but he only has one move to abuse it
