One image exists that purports to show her panties, the surrounding frames are actually poor quality and it doesn't match with how much you see in the rest of the show, like in pic related. The purported underwear is like, full black spats covering her ass. There manga counterpart also had part of her buttcheek shown towards the end of the arc so I concluded the black was not actually her underwear(I was originally convinced by it myself).
I realize the above doesn't automatically mean she wears nothing but there are images around that build up a solid case for no underwear, that's why if you dismiss that one frame it seems likely.
