Dear Gamefreak: Sheer Force is a great idea for Kingler, and he has an awesome Special movepool which is nice, but since he has only 50 base SpAtk compared to his base 130 Atk it seems really funny that literally the only physical moves he can use with it are Metal Claw, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Rock Smash, and Stomp. For fuck's sake, you don't even give him Waterfall.

I fuckin' love Octillery but it's near worthless with that below-average bulk, shit speed and decent mixed offences. A mega with either Protean (octopi camouflage just as much as chameleons) or Mega Launcher (an excuse to expand its already titanic special movepool? Yes please!) would go a long way towards making it useful. Maybe go the tanky route, and keep up the military theme by literally making it a tank while beefing up its defenses and dropping its speed.
I'm envisioning something like:

HP 75 (+0)
Atk 115 (+10)
Def 115 (+40)
SpA 135 (+30)
SpD 115 (+40)
Spe 25 (-20)

If you don't go the Camerupt approach and deduct speed, it's always gonna be shit though.

I'd like him to become a quadruped again like Nidorino and get better speed. Like a Nidorino body but with Nidokings purple, spikes and long tail.
I imagine it would lose Sheer Force, but I'm not sure what ability would be cool for it.
