I looked all over the google, couldn't find any foreign language scripts, just the English one, and I don't trust my nip or omelette-du-fromage enough to translate from
google.jp, but from the names listed on Bulbapedia, all of them except the English seem to lend credence to a sisterly relationship.
This doesn't say anything about the state of Zinnia's hymen, but it does lead me to believe that the eponymous Aster is Zinnia's sibling rather than actual daughter, and the Whismur being her daughter is not in any sense a tribute to her late daughter, rather meant to give a sense that she raised the Whismur in a motherly way while it was originally in memorium of her departed sister
