Check with the IV checker first, then the hidden power checker, and then record the stat changes when it levels onto a site that can calculate IV values. It also helps if the mon is ~level 50, though recording the stat changes from level 14 to 20 should be fine. Also be aware of EVs

aside from just using the judge, taking your mons to the battle institute will let you check their lvl 50 stats without actually levelling them - from there you can just plug the values into an iv calculator and see what you've got
