There was a fairly obscure line of tiny rubber Pokemon figures which were sold three ways: Inside of Nestle Wonder Balls (before the FDA got on their ass and made them stop including toys), inside 25 cent supermarket toy capsule machines, and a complete set of all 150 were sold at KB toys late in the store's life.
They all had very bad paint jobs.
