The only thing broken in OU right now is Greninja. Everything else has plenty of viable checks and counters. Checking Greninja (it has no true counters), on the other hand, comes down to switching in a mon who handles most of it's moves (for example, Ferrothorn beats Greninja without HP Fire) and hoping it doesn't have the coverage move that fucks you.

This shitlord can't get out of OU quick enough. Its already confirmed for getting a suspect test, and I really wish it'd happen already.

Doesn't it lose hard to priority? I think the major reason it's broken is it has so many options because of its attacking stats being decent on both ends and being fast as sanic. You think it's special? You switch into chansey and get a low sweep. Think it's physical? You switch into forretress and get a HP fire. Oh, and it can also go mixed.

As a non competitive outsider looking in, it seems like Greninja or Landorus are the biggest fuck yous in OU. Greninja most of all.
Giving him that extra bit of physical coverage to break any potential counters took things too far. With his changing weaknesses, Always STAB, and being unpredictable with his wide coverage its just too much.

Now the type changing Chameleon? Makes sense. I like Greninja, but a more ninjalike ability would have been better. Also as far as Greninja special treatment goes, He also got 2 signature moves, one of which he didnt even share with any other pokemon while Chesnaught and the fox both share their one signature move with other pokes.

To be honest I'm pretty sure Game Freak forgot that Mat Block even exists.

Protean actually fits, considering it's an amphibian like pic and filename related, and the fact that criminals in general and ninja in particular are known to adopt different identities to avoid being caught. Illusion would've worked just as well flavor-wise without being broken, though.

starmie may have a good overall movepool but Greninja to me has the superior movepool because it can use physical moves like gunk shot. Hydro Pump, Psychic, Gleam, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt. Those are almost the only offensive moves worth running. And I would give it a more defensive stat distribution since it already can run great bulky sets.

I'm still upset Delphox doesn't learn Thunderbolt or at least Thunder given that it's based as a magician. Blizzard would've made sense too if they went with the full magician theme with Thunder on it's movepool.
