The powercreep got real, just needs BST increases to some Ice types. Froslass has 110 speed if it had equal Special Attack it would be okay as a fast frail special sweeper.

They need to change the typing itself.

Ice needs some more resistances. I think they should make it resist fairy for a start or even be immune to fairy. Alternately they can do the same thing with flying type, which is pretty OP as well.

Fairy resistance makes sense, but Fairy immunity doesn't make sense to me IMO.

If anything gets Fairy immunity, it should be Grass because Grass = nature and fairies protects nature.

I really want them to buff glaceon. I usually like the edgy pokemon but for some reason glaceon has always been a favorite and I've tried to build teams around her on PS. Her movepool, ability, and stat distribution really sucks, and I doubt she would ever get a mega because that would mean all the eeveelutions would have to get one which gamefreak would never do. I don't know why the fuck she can't learn calm mind.

What do you guys think we can do to save glaceon?

I agree.
It should be retconned into Cold type, which is about temperature and lack of energy rather than frozen water.
SE against Grass, Dragon, Flying, Electric and Ground. Resisted by Rock, Fighting and Ghost.
Weak to Fire. Resists Grass, Flying, Electric and Water.
Those Ice-mons with their shit stats now have an OP type so its balanced.

I don't know what would keep it balanced. Maybe make it good against fighting or something?
Bug? Bug would make sense.
Or maybe make stronger ice moves and limit them mostly to ice types.
A move tutor that can teach one or two powerful ice type moves like a physical and a special 100acc 130bp moves but exclusively to fully evolved ice types could work (again some balancing adjustments would likely have to be made).
This way ice types are special but also unique, it's more interesting and deepens the gameplay.

This: every single Ice mon is a slow wall or tank, which is the exact opposite of what it should be. GF doesn't need to change the type, they just need to make new Ice Pokemon with stat distributions similar to Garchomp or Greninja.

there's no saving the shitty ice types with BST and spread problems, GF hasn't ever retconned stats to any extent that would help these mons so it's unlikely they ever will

That doesn't matter because Gamefreak has whored out ice moves to every water type in the game and to a vast variety of special attackers in general. If that wasn't enough there is also hidden power.

The type itself is imbalanced and needs either more resistances or less weaknesses. Gamefreak might want to take a look at grass and rock types as well.
