when this thing sets up it stays alive although in some situations it gets taken down

Stop both of those. Longevity is a bad thing to have for a screener. You set screens then U-Turn or Memento out as soon as possible so your team gets as much use out of screens as they can get. Then if U-Turn'd, you can go back in later to do the job you do best, support the rest of your team.

You shouldn't have a healing move unless it's Wish

Lower tier Pokemon in OU who have niches that can't be filled by higher OU Pokemon, like Fake Out+U-Turn Meinshao with high jump kick shenanigans if that's a legitimate question.
