but that's wrong
it gets rock slide, elemental punches, and poison jab
the reason no one uses physical is because special attackers are objectively better (no wisp, no intimidate, less stat lowering in general) as well as higher base power moves

It gets Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Flash Cannon, Surf, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Solarbeam, Dark Pulse, Dragon Pulse, Icy Wind and Ancient Power for older Tutor moves.

This thing have a Special movepool wider than fucking Tyranitar and Nidoking.
