They should just ger rid of IVs. Breeders and cheaters will end up with flawless IV Pokes making IVs functionally useless.

We already have Ability Capsule to get alternatives, it's a short step to HAs.

And c'mon. Let's get rid of IV's , i want to use the mons who were with me during the journey not it's #34 offpring. You can make very hard to have good EV's and get the right ability. It also could be like 1000bp to Max the IV's.

Hard->Good
Impossible->Not good

And c'mon. Riding the Bike like a retard is so much worse than showing some skill in Battle Facilities.
