No idea, but Jynx is really bad nowadays. Doesn't help she is the ONLY ice type that can use trick room to allow a lot of other powerful hitting but slow as fuck ice types.

Electivire's one of my favorite pokemon hands down, he's no Smogonfrog but he's semi-viable. Hell, he was OU in Gen IV. For some reason. I don't know.

Wild Charge/Cross Chop/Ice Punch/Earthquake hits for perfect, diverse coverage, with Iron Tail optional as a Fairy check. His attack power is great and complemented by a Choice Band/Scarf or Expert Belt (because of that great coverage). Life Orb's also fine but between its recoil and Wild Charge it's very easy to wear yourself down fast.

He's got a great ability in Motor Drive which lets him devour Thunder Waves for a speed boost, but Electric's rarity as a primary attacking type means that it's hard to bait the boost. And unlike LightningRod, it doesn't automatically draw in Electric attacks, so you can't pull shenanigans in Doubles unless someone has Discharge, you want to get risky with teammate targeting, or the foe's an idiot.

some types just aren't meant to be physical/special. Typically physical ghost sucks, physical electrics, special flying types, special fighting types, special rocks, just a few off the top of my head. They'd all be viable with moves that are <90 acc, well distributed, and atleast 80 base power

How do we fix it?

New Moves: Wood Hammer, Icicle Crash, Close Combat and Flare Blitz.

It can now hit a shitload of pokemon super effective without resorting to low damage moves.

Back in the days of Battle Revolution, you could download a special Electivire and Magmortar.

Electivire came with Thunderpunch, Ice Punch, Cross Chop, and Earthquake.
Magmortar had Flamethrower, Psychic, Hyper Beam, and Solarbeam.

I get the feeling that they associate clowns/mimes with the Psychic typing.
