Riddle me this /vp, did Nintendo crack down on it's no hacks rule?

I made a box of Landorus that were shiny and had it's HA. About 1-2 weeks ago I did a giveaway and got rid of most of them. I noticed 5 left today and tried to wonder trade them but it failed! I can;t even battle with it online any more!

What's going on here? It's stopping me from battling with my HA Samurott as well.
