I really like Mow, that shit eating grin is amazing and the typing is unique and has it's uses.
Frost is shit because holy shit fuck his signature move it's terrible. It should have gotten ice beam instead or hell even freeze-dry for water-ground punking shenanigans, it would have even made sense thematically. It's never too late for a retcon.

Fan is just silly, Air Slash is a meh move at best and a levitating flying pokemon is redundancy at it's finest.
